Jiu-jitsu and boxing for adults, teens and kids. Beginners are placed in fundamentals, no matter their athletic background.
Classes open with a warm-up and technique block, then move to positional drilling and live rounds. Fundamentals students learn the same positions as the advanced group, taught in a smaller, slower frame. Rolling is always optional on your first weeks.

Kids train in three age groups so the room always matches the child. The curriculum covers self-defense, escapes and control, with games that build coordination and the habit of paying attention. Parents are welcome to watch every class.
Stance, footwork and defense first, then combinations on the bag and the mitts. Rounds are coached, not thrown together, and sparring is reserved for students who ask for it and are ready. Conditioning comes with the work.

A technical program for kids: shadow boxing, mitt work, and the discipline of holding a guard when you are tired. Contact is controlled and supervised at all times, and gloves are provided for the first month.
Competing is a choice, never a requirement. For students who want to test themselves, Kulture builds a plan around the event you pick, whether it is a first local tournament, an IBJJF or ADCC-rules open, or an amateur boxing bout. Professor Lopez and the coaching staff prepare you for the ruleset, the weight class and the pace of a real match.
Support continues on the day. Coaches help with registration and weigh-ins, warm you up, and work your corner from the side of the mat or the ring. Win or lose, every match is reviewed afterward so the next camp starts from what you learned.

Tell us your age group and goals and we will put you in the right class.
